This Will Be Huge: SEC To Go After S&P Rating Agency, You Heard It Here First
You watch, this story could become very big. The SEC has a lot of new power under Dodd-Frank. Apparently, the S&P may have tipped of some inside traders about the downgrade right before they did it.
